No posts this week + small update

Hey folks, Happy Monday! Just a quick note that I’ll be taking this week off from posting, given the July 4 holiday and some personal stuff — 1) I’m emotionally distracted as I’m in the midst of negotiating a job offer (!), and 2) Wednesday morning we’re driving down to San Antonio for an 8am appointment with a veterinary ophthalmologist as one of our dogs has a recurring blood-in-his-eye issue that’s a bit scary.

If this job offer negotiation lands, my first day will be next Monday, July 8. I plan to keep up my usual posting schedule, but just wanted to be upfront that it might take me a bit to get used to things. And yes - I’ll tell you all about what the new thing is, but let’s wait until it’s official! 🤞Fingers crossed 🤞

To those of you who finally have Q3 planning behind you, congrats! You also deserve a week off 🏝️🍹
